Financial Statement 2024

First fiscal year (founded February 2024). 100% self-funded by founder. Resources allocated to: patent filings (UIBM, PCT/WIPO, EPO), IT infrastructure, software prototype development, SIAE registrations. No public contributions received.

Financial Statement 2025

Second fiscal year. 100% self-funded. Investments in: EPO patent extension, scientific publications (Zenodo, ResearchGate), platform development (HashSigil, LiveInk, SENTINEL-AI, ATVault), SIAE certifications.

Mission Report

Annual report on institutional and scientific activities and social impact. Includes: research output, patents, publications, KPIs, SDG progress and collaborations.

Financial Capacity Note

IRST operates with a lean self-funding model. Operating costs are kept below 15% thanks to serverless infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers), low-cost hardware (Raspberry Pi <EUR 25) and in-house development. The Institute has no debt and fully reinvests revenues into R&D.

Gender Equality Plan (GEP) ADOPTED

Gender Equality Plan 2026-2028, adopted as mandatory requirement for Horizon Europe. Covers all 5 mandatory areas: (1) work-life balance and organisational culture; (2) gender balance in leadership and decision-making; (3) gender equality in recruitment and career progression; (4) gender dimension in research content and teaching; (5) measures against gender-based violence and sexual harassment. Includes dedicated resources, sex-disaggregated data collection, mandatory training and annual monitoring.

Data Management Plan (DMP)
